Participants experiment with clay, wire, assemblage, and mixed media while learning to think in three dimensions and develop their own artistic voice. Just as important, the atelier is designed as a shared experience—fostering conversation, collaboration, and meaningful connection with others through the act of making, reflecting, and creating side by side. Children are drawn to the tactile experience of building, shaping, and constructing—and the excitement of seeing their ideas come to life as real, physical forms. • Young Masters Studio: Light, Movement & Modern Expression

Designed for young artists ages 6+, this studio course introduces children to influential and contemporary artists while they experiment with painting, drawing, abstraction, and mixed media in a supportive, inspiring environment. Through hands-on projects inspired by figures like Turner, Degas, O’Keeffe, Mondrian, and today’s contemporary artists, students build real artistic skills, visual literacy, and creative confidence. Kids love discovering how artists express emotion, movement, identity, and culture—while creating bold, personal work that feels meaningful, modern, and entirely their own. Through projects inspired by movements from Romanticism to Contemporary Pop, participants deepen technical skill, visual literacy, and creative independence. Tweens love the opportunity to explore big ideas—emotion, identity, culture, and self-expression—while developing a stronger artistic voice and creating work that feels sophisticated, personal, and uniquely their own.
